Starting new cycle after IVF Fail

Hi all, hoping for some success stories! I did a stim/retrieval cycle with the hope of doing PGS testing in August. We initially went in because of known male factor (low morphology/slightly off motility). Found out I have a slightly elevated FSH (11 something) and a slightly low AMH (.91) which was surprising for my age (34) but still expected pretty good results. I was on Menopur and Gonal for 7 days and only retrieved 5 mature eggs. 2 fertilized but neither made it to blast. I was devastated for about a week but then moved on. After a month off I am about to start my next retrieval. After reading the book everyone suggested, it starts with the egg, I added myoinositol, coq10, ubinquol, zinc, and melatonin in this month and changed many of my products to reduce phthalates/bpa, I’m hoping for a better result. Does anyone have any success stories for a second retrieval after a total fail on the first? its been hard knowing I didn’t even get past step 1 the first round.
