Spotting caused by anxiety?
I have been experiencing a lot of anxiety and have even started therapy to help figure out ways to manage my anxious thoughts but for the past 2 days I have been seeing blood when i wipe.
Im wondering if this could be caused by the extreme stress I am putting my body through with this anxiety. I have a doctor’s appointment next week so I will mention it then, just curious if stress/anxiety could be the cause.
