Should I be worried?!

Question

Went to a high risk doctor today and was told that I’m measuring 1 week behind. I’m going in one day a week for the next three weeks so they can measure growth and stuff. I just got my genetic testing done today and won’t get the results back for 10 days. She said they didn’t find any markers for Down syndrome but I’m still scared. Has this happened to anyone? I’m still very young I’m 25 and my fiancé is 24.

Age has nothing to do with chromosomal abnormalities. As the measuring a week behind I wouldn’t worry unless the doctors do and it becomes a reoccurring thing. Measurements can be off 3-5 days sometimes so it could just be a few days which may be nothing to worry about. Some people have smaller babies. My friends baby measured small the whole time and she’s perfectly fine. Just tiny ❤️

My first daughter measured 2 weeks behind in the 2nd and 3rd trimester came out completely healthy. I never had to see a high risk doctor or be seen often until the last month of course when it’s mandatory. she’s 3 years old and still petite

I've measured 1 to 2 weeks behind before when I was in my second trimester. Then in the 3rd I was a week behind. Was totally fine had a healthy baby boy.
