Anyone know?

Hey ladies, does anyone know what can cause recurring BVs? I swear i get them at least once a month and i don’t know why, i don’t wash inside my vagina just use warm water like i was told by the doctor (which i already was) and didn’t know what else i could do to help stop having them? 😓

I had recurring bv for MONTHS and had to take several rounds of antibiotics just for it to come right back in a few weeks. On my last round, once I finished them I just tried to avoid sex because the cause was mainly my bf finishing in me. I haven’t had a problem since. Also drank a lot of water to try to help flush the toxins out.

I kept getting them years ago when I was on antibiotics for acne. Idk if that had anything to do with it though. I try to always be clean before and after sex plus make sure my husband is, too. The other person can be the problem.

Are you using unscented body wash/soap? I havent had it since i went scent free
