Sciatic pain!
Hey ladies, I’m currently 22 weeks (23 tomorrow) and for the last four days I have had terrible sciatica in my right butt cheek down my leg. I have tried heat, messages and stretches. What else can I do? I can’t sleep, stand or sit with out being in excruciating pain.
