Manic panic hair dye
I’m dying my friend hair manic panic her hair is like a light brown.
Anyways it says is semi permanent so that obviously means it’ll come out but will it all completely?
And after I apply it and leave it to sit for hours do I wash her hair ? Btw she has curly hair
