This is my first <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> round due to genetic condition. Mainly we need PGD. Now the question came if we should do PGS too.

After loosing 1 born baby at 4m and second pregnancy had to be terminated. I feel like I want to avoid any possibility of unhealthy baby where we have control. I know PGS can reduce the number or transferable blastocyst but I am too scared for chromosomes abnormalities.

They clinic told me they will run first the PGD .. I just wonder how does it work ? Let’s say 3-5 are PGD normal then they go ahead and check for PGS? or they check at the same time and we need to give the direction right away if we want them all tested ?

25 eggs retrieve today. In a week we will know how many blastocysts make it to day 5

About to turn 30 years old. Doctor thinks PGS is not necessary due to this age.
