Cheating & spotting?!

So I found out I have chlamydia and have taken the antibiotics for it but I’m also 5 weeks pregnant. My bf won’t fess up to giving it to me even tho I haven’t slept with anyone since we’ve been together and I started spotting lightly today. Is that good or bad? I’m scared and I need advice.

My last pregnancy i found out my partner cheated on me when i found out i had chlamydia. At 8 weeks i was treated for it and after i took the antibiotics i had some bleeding. It was quite a bit and bright red. I went in to be checked and everything was okay with the baby. I was told the infection could cause this but that other than that i was fine. Just make sure not to have sex with ur boyfriend because chances are he has chlamydia too and if he isnt being tested or treated you’re just going to contract the infection again.

Vaginal bleeding during pregnancy is any discharge of blood from the vagina. It can happen anytime from conception (when the egg is fertilized) to the end of pregnancy. Light bleeding, or spotting, duringpregnancy is common, especially during the first trimester. Usually, this is no cause for alarm.  And on the boyfriend point I'd dump his ass. Sleeping around and giving me an STD. Boy you lucky I don't hand your ass to you!

With spotting, I would definitely let your OB know. As far as the chlamydia, either one of you could have had it and not known unless testing took place right before you got together. Are there other signs of infidelity?  He needs to get tested too obviously.
