Gas pains

Anyone else get constipation/gas pains in the lower right abdomen? I have had it for weeks now. Been to the doctor several times. They checked my ovary and appendix to make sure that wasn’t the issue. I had a colonoscopy 2 years ago and it was fine but I still get the pain. I have been able to go to the bathroom but am still having the sharp pain. Anyone else have this? What do you do for relief?
