Neosporin?!?

I’m 18 weeks pregnant and I fell yesterday scraping my knee pretty bad.  I’ve been trying to look up neosporin/triple antibiotic ointment.  What I have found says that it can’t be ruled out that it can cause harm... I can call ob tomorrow but my knee is on fire now!!! Anyone ever used these meds during pregnancy?

I honestly wouldn’t think twice before using neosporin while pregnant.

Thanks y’all.... I didn’t think much of it but was talking to my friends about my knee and they said I should look it up or call first.... we are all icu nurses but OB is like foreign territory lol!
