Feeling self conscious 😥 diet tips?

I have a problem where I binge eat, I eat when I’m bored or when I’m sad, it’s something that I’m trying to control and it is hard. My body isn’t reacting to good to it and I am lactose intolerant and some times I just risk it for the sake of craving junk food. I use to have more self control but I just become so unhealthy when it comes to food, lack of sleep, stressed because of school that it is something I do when constantly and I’m very tired of it. I know what to eat in order to be healthy and loose weight but I keep saying “I’ll start tomorrow” or “I want eat pizza” or I have temptations that I can’t resist. Before I had the motivation and the strength to loose weight because I have done it before but honestly Ive been too scared to even look at the weight scale 😓 any advice would be greatly appreciated, I need to learn how to control myself or get any type of motivation because lately it hasn’t been there
