Cirvical mucus on the day I’m supposed to be getting my period.

What does this mean or could mean? I was supposed to be getting my Period today but before i showered i checked and this is what i saw. Does this mean i can possibly be pregnant or ovulating again? The week before (sept. 8 and 9) i had light spotting of brown blood both day, But tested negative on a HPT days following.
