Good ways to try getting pregnant

Okay guys so here’s a story about me and my boyfriend we were engaged and then he ended up in jail and we couldn’t Have contact . Well when he went to jail I found out I was pregnant. I didn’t tell anyone because of he fact that my boyfriend( at the time my fiancé ) was in jail . Well I ended up having a miscarriage. And then on December 31st we got back together and then in April he ended up back in jail and again no contact . I had what I thought was my period until July . On July 4th I took a pregnancy test and it was positive and again shortly after had a miscarriage. Now we are back together and things are great . We really want a baby and have been trying for a while but nothing 😞 what can I do to help conceive and for it to be healthy and stick this time ? ovulation tests for some reason don’t work for me . How soon after your period do you usually ovulate ? Glow says I will ovulate on the 25th of this month which is one day after my birthday so a birthday baby would be amazing . But idk if that’s accurate or not .
