Losing Weight quickly

Is it normal to loose 12 pounds within a week? I haven’t been dieting or exercising, I’ve actually been trying to gain a little weight.. I’ve always had a hard time gaining weight, I’ve always been super skinny but I just recently started keeping track of my weight. Earlier this week when I weighed myself I was 110, I was soo happy. Decided to weigh me self again this morning and I dropped down to 98. I don’t understand, I’ve been trying to eat as much as I can. Should I be concerned or could this just be normal?
