How to track baby's feeding time

Hi Everyone,

Okay, so in the middle of the night and just now baby has been feeding for 2 hours straight. So now...I don't know exactly what time to wake him for the next feed.

Baby is still under strict orders from his Dr to feed 3 hourly. I started feeding him @ 7:05am til 8am. Then gav extra breast milk in a bottle about a 50ml at least around 8:30am. I changed his diaper @ 8:43am and then put him to bed for sleep time til the next feed and thst was @ 9am.

So 7am (count 3 hrs), next feed is supposed to be about now. But he is sleeping and I know he won't feed now.

So ladies, any possible advice would be greatly appreciated. I just want to feed him on time and the hours must not be over 4 hours, but unfortunately he is full now. So not sure exactly what time to feed him.
