Pregnant after a miscarriage - symptoms went away?!

When I miscarried in January, my symptoms went away suddenly - I had nausea and my breasts felt heavy. I tested positive, and a little over a week later I felt normal (like I want pregnant). I miscarried at 6w6d.  
Fast forward to now. I tested early, didn’t feel right ... got a positive test. Again, all of my symptoms have disappeared. I am terrified. It is still too early to do anything. I am 4 weeks ... I just have a bad feeling. 
Has anyone else experienced this?

It could be normal symptoms will come & go! If you are concerned I would call the doctor to put your mind at ease but it’s still probably too early to see anything. Those first few weeks are SO hard and days feel like months. I’m 11 weeks now but in the beginning I thought I was having a chemical, then an ectopic then a missed miscarriage !! Bc I was just so scared. Everything is fine so far 🤞🏻 Have faith Momma! Everything will be okay.

I just went through this, this week. And I am impending miscarriage as my hcg levels have dropped. It’s usually not a good sign when all symptoms disappear 😭 but sometimes they do come and go in early pregnancy
