Breastfeeding and Chocolate?

FTM here, baby due in 3 weeks, how was your experience with chocolate when breatsfeeding baby? Im getting a little nervous about what I will be able to eat and what not while breastfeeding? How was your experiences?

Never stopped me from eating chocolate and never had any problems 🤷🏻‍♀️

I eat everything! Feeding for a year, I’ve limited alcohol (occasional glass of wine) but that’s it

The only foods that upset my baby’s stomach are broccoli and sweet potato. Both of these give him terribly bad gas and gas pains. Other wise I eat what I want.

Chocolate was the only thing I couldn't eat. It made my baby gassy and gave her belly aches.

I’ve been breastfeeding for 4 months, and adore chocolate. I eat it at least once a day, and have a happy, healthy baby. Chances are you’ll be fine to eat everything, too.

I eat everything healthy and unhealthy been breastfeeding for 10months now. 😁 I still drink 3-4 cups of coffee a day to I’ve not had to cut anything out really depends on baby.

Chocolates been totally fine and I didnt eat any while pregnant. The only thing that doesnt go well is spicy food or things like chili or beans.

The only thing we had an issue with was cabbage. Sooo much baby gas lol
