hey guys!! i just recently joined the swim team and i want to learn how to wear tampons. i tried using a tampon today but it was an ultra since i always wear the biggest pads. i’m not sure that was the right size tho. when i insertes it i did it wrong and it hurt, and i wasn’t comfortable at all and it hurt sitting down so i had to take it out and i almost cried.

do you guys have any tips or anything that can help me???
