7 days late

I’ve been a little hesitant to test, but I wanted to know if anyone has experienced light brown discharge instead of a period, not light light brown blood but it looks like cm is mixed with light brown discharge. It’s not present when I wipe however it is present on a tampon a little. I have slight pelvic pain and diarrhea. I have been a little emotional also. Should I go ahead and test or am I being dramatic ?
