LATE and no idea why

so i’m not pregnant, but i’m 3 days late and i have no idea why. i am sick, and i know that that could be a factor but i wanna know if anyone has had experiences with being sick and their period being late. i also have every single normal symptom i have every period, but this time no period. wtf is going on. help 😂😭
