My period was due somewhere between the 6th and the 12th (I generally have a long cycle and it can be 35-40 days between periods). Today, the 19th, I have my annual physical, so I figured I'd take a test yesterday morning. DH woke me up when he got home from working 3rd shift and I tested and got a BFP! I called my OB-GYN, who is going to send in a script for a blood test and hopefully it'll be there when I go in for my appointment! Honestly, it's not necessarily the best timing, but DH is over the moon with excitement. His uncle passed on the 3rd and at the funeral, I was given a flower with a little but attached to it to throw on the coffin. So, I feel like there were signs.
