Does anyone else get period aches so deep it covers your hips down through your knees?? 😭

I’m on day 3 of my period, which usually just results in back pain and cramps. I often get hip aches but not to this degree... I’ve had pain so strong tonight that all of my hips and pelvis are nothing but aches. I feel like death. Never had it this bad before.

That’s actually how my labor pain was with my first. My contractions started in my back curved around and radiated through my legs to my knees. Once my son was born, when I’d ovulate I’d get the same upper leg discomfort 😬

You need to seek help for that - through a naturopath ideally as a gp won't do much.- unless they can help with testing of hormone levels, and endometriosis. Even though it's common, it's not normal.

Yup. Down my thighs and into my knees and up into my ribs. A good portion of my body hurts during period week.
