So I never had a yeast infection before and I shower each day but why do I keep getting this discharge 😩I clean down there A LOT. Is my vagina trying to clean up the infection or something? It super uncomfortable because there is so much discharge everywhere and it also really nasty.

Yes that a yeast infection, yeast infections usually will have a discharge that looks like cottage cheese coming out of the vagina. You need treatment, you probably have a lot of discharge because your vagina is trying to get rid of the yeast inside of it so it discharging out a lot of clumpy white stuff.
