Ttc after c-section?

Question

This is for c-section moms who have been or are in their two week wait after having a c-section previously.
Did you notice more things in your tww in the month you conceived? Certain twinges or pains? Etc? 
How did you feel during your tww? Conceived or not.

I was on birth control within a few months of mine in sept 2017 up until june of this year. Once I got off the birth control I noticed alot of symptoms compared to ttc with my first. With my first I just knew I was pregnant, heartburn, extremely sore boobs, nauseas. But I find I was getting all that every month since june during my tww. Just got my positive test a few days ago (af due today) all the same symptoms except I actually vomited a few times and the boob soreness feels different then during my tww/ovulation. I am about 4-5 weeks I think, and I'm noticing alot of pains and twinges this time around. I didn't even get twinges until like 10 weeks with my first  and my scar is a bit more tender and numb compared to what it usually is.
