Insurance costs for baby's birth

So I have a personal question to ask you all. How much did it cost you to have your baby (after insurance)? I had hospital insurance with extremely good benefits. It cost us $150 to have him. I couldn't keep my job after his birth however so we had to give it up. My husband's insurance is terrible in my opinion. It will cost us about $14,000 for the same birth as we are planning for number 2.

How much was your hospital bill after insurance? Also what state do you live in? We are in New Jersey.
