Help!

My last ultrasound was at 7 weeks and 1 day. The heart rate was 152 and everything was fine. I recently found out about missed miscarriages and I'm trying not to worry. I go back to the Dr next week to get genetic testing done which will also tell me the gender. Do you think they will do an ultrasound then? To go on to giving me the genetic testing because wouldn't that be something they would did if say I did lose this baby already? I will be 10 weeks and 1 day next week. It just scares me..... I feel like they should give me an ultrasound because what if the baby is dead or something god forbid???
