Is this normal? How many have experienced this?

So yesturday i started bleeding like i thought i was peeing on myself but it was blood dripping down my leg so i went to the hospital and they did a ultrasound and baby is health and completely fine but its scary to me becuase i thought i was having another miscarried but i wasnt the doctor couldnt even tell me exactly why i was bleeding becuase they didnt know

Me, me, me! I was 8+5 when it started, very similar to what you’re describing. I bled for 3 days on and off and had 2 US showing a healthy baby that grew exactly the right amount on those 3 days. No explanation either. They gave me a bigger progesterone dose and now the 4th day it seems there’s no more bleeding, but I was told they can’t tell me when it stops or if it will come back. The prognosis is good but until 12 weeks it’s like flipping a coin...🙏🏻 for the best for all!

Yep at 7 and a half weeks I woke up to a huge amount of blood and then it just kind of trickled to a stop over the next day. Ultrasound showed everything was fine and that is was a burst subchorionic hematoma. Sometimes they slow bleed and sometimes there's just a huge GUSH. Good news is that they almost always resolve without any complications.
