I need some advice!

I could really use some help ladies!!! My period was due Monday. Sunday I started spotting and had pretty decent cramps thought for sure my period was definitely coming, Monday had cramps and spotting, again Tuesday and Wednesday spotting, today nothing at all! I tested this morning without holding it and it was negative. Any advice is greatly appreciated!! Baby dust to all you wonderful ladies!!! Also, I have absolutely ZERO pregnancy symptoms, except my face has broke out bad! In the 23 years that I’ve had a period this has never happened, my periods have always been like clockwork.
