I’m trying to lose weight and of course I’ve been telling myself I need to for the longest. But this time I’m serious. 2 years ago I was a thick 190 but i had a wonderful shape. But not working being in the house all day over two years I gained a lot of weight. My heaviest has been 265 but since ive broken up with my ex in March I am now 240 pounds, and that’s without working out or dieting. I’ve just been up and active more.

So now I’m here trying to lose my weight. So I need you guys help, with tips and tricks. Tell me some of the ways you guys lost weight, or just give me some motivation because I need it. I’m 20 now and I turn 21 January 9th and I wanted be happy taking full body person and always feel sexy and not like a ball. I know I won’t meet my goal by then but I just want to lose some.

Goal: 170
