I’m very recently finding out I’m pregnant, and I have low (but progressing) HCG.

My 1st beta was 12, and my 2nd (today) was 27. Doctor said the % of progress is what matters, not the numbers themself, but I’m still nervous...

Has anyone felt very strong symptoms once they found out they were pregnant (boobs hurting, nausea, lots of CM) and then the next day(s) have *none*? The only symptoms I’ve had in the past 36 hours are period-like cramps and some dizziness.
