How to boost sperm count???

Question

Went to the dr to get s/o sperm checked and he has a low sperm count, is there anything anyone could recommend on him doing or a pill or something he can do to boost his sperm?? We are up to try anything, while we wait for our fertility appt.

Me n my fiancé were told January this year we had 2% chance of getting pregnant on our own and his count was too low for iui and we couldn’t afford 25,000 for ivf.... so we did research and he ordered fertil pro and fertil pro booster off Amazon and cut out caffeine and energy drinks. We found out March 7 we were expecting 😊currently 31 weeks pregnant 😊

We used fertiliAid off Amazon and we’re pregnant month #1! After a year+ of trying! (Just used the male one)

Nice babe btw lol also have sex on cycle days 12-14-16-18 do not have sex everyday with a low count. That’s what we did differently
