Relationship Advice

My bf commutes to his college and he always talk about how he’s depressed that he only has me where he lives and all his friends r by his school. He’s always so upset about it and he wishes he lived there. I guess I’m feeling a little hurt cause I feel like he’s so unhappy here and would rather be there where I’m not. It’s making me feel like I’m not enough. Not to long ago he talked about us living together when I go to college and that’s making me think now that maybe be only wants to live w me so he can be near his school/friends. (He doesn’t have enough money to live on his own). What do u think? Am I overthinking?
