Boyfriend said I love you

Me and my boyfriend were coming home from the city on the train and half way through the trip he says “I think I love you”, I absolutely froze and didn’t say it back as I was not expecting it and wasn’t ready to say it back. All I did was hug him. But now I don’t know what to do, I’m seeing him in 2 days help I don’t know what to do!
