Bloody discharge?

Contracting irregularly for about 2 hours and then had this when I wiped? Should I call my OB or is this normal pre-labor?

Normal. Had this the morning of last Monday, myself.

This happened to me, went to ER just to make sure and was in labor! They admitted me and had him 7 hours later

Is it really watery? Mine looked just like this when my water started to leak.. Labor started shortly after.
