Hi all, I'm about 9 weeks pregnant today, according to my calculations. I've had light spotting on and off the whole time. My 1st apt is Monday. This will be our rainbow baby if it all works out. Has anyone else lightly spotted like this and still had a healthy pregnancy? Please help. TIA! ❤️

UPDATE: I had my 1st apt on Monday the 23rd and by that time I was bleeding like a light period. I knew something was wrong. Sure enough, the ultrasound showed that the baby wasn't developing and there was no heartbeat. This is now my 2nd miscarriage. I find out next week if I need to go through with a D&C. 😞
