Baby allergic reaction

My 3 year old got an allergic reaction and her whole face got swollen her nose cheeks forehead and eyes, we took her to the ER and they gave her Benadryl and checked everything else but she was fine, with the Benadryl the swelling went completely down and shes good now, that was 2 days ago but now her nose has some weird scab things what could it be? Should i be worried.
