The confusion is real

So I woke up this morning to give my fiancé a kiss goodbye for work and to pee but the moment I opened my eyes I felt very nauseous🤢 and when I made it back to our room I immediately started puking my soul up 😭, (THIS HAPPENED TWICE) I did take a test yesterday and it was negative but Also I’m 4 days late and I have just been feeling weirder , and sicker by the day . I am so confused as to what exactly it happening but I’m praying 🙏🏽 that’s it’s time for our rainbow baby 🍼
