We’ve been ttc since July. My periods(as shown of what they’ve been the past two months) are normally five full days of horrible. August and September have been so abnormal.

I’ve never spotted in my life. This month I had a day and a half of bleeding last two Sundays ago. I had pink spotting a week ago. I got a very faint line positive pregnancy test. I’ve started getting symptoms- nausea, exhaustion, backaches, emotional, cramps(off and on), sore boobs, I’m producing milk again(haven’t nursed in a year), my 17 month old tried to nurse yesterday🥴, he’s literally clinging onto me and even pointing at my belly saying “baby”(w/o prompting). I have an ultrasound and blood work next week but I’m praying I’m pregnant but that it might be too soon to tell. I had labs on Tuesday and they showed a 1 m/Lu so my doctor told me she’s truly not sure. Pregnancy is weird she said. Anyone had a similar cycle or experience? I don’t know if what I was experiencing as a period was implantation? I’m just so confused. Any stories or thoughts would be SO helpful while I wait.
