Is 16mm Follicle a good size to trigger ovulation

Good Morning all..my doc wants me to come in again to decide when to trigger. I do not want to go back in and would like to take a leap of faith. Hopefully you can help. My left side follicle is measuring at 18mm and my right is at 16mm. My blood work yesterday says I’m not near ovulation. Do you think I trigger tomorrow morning or tomorrow night. To give it some more time to grow since the egg is released 24-36 hours after. From my understanding it grows 1-2mm each day. My doctor says she’ll like it to be between 18 and 20. I really don’t think I need to go back in and they charge me 1900.00 just to tell me when to trigger. So if you got this far and have experienced this please help.
