Hi everyone. I’m traveling to Turks and Caicos during my 27-28 weeks. I was doing research on Zika there and it says it’s been removed from the CDC. However I looked on another website and it says it’s a moderate risk. Although I’ve been to the Bahamas and on that same list it says Bahamas is also moderate risk but I have heard that Bahamas is Zika free. I’m not sure what to do? My doctor said that it’s ok that I go, because the cases reported are never accurate. They can have more in some islands but never report it. He just advised me to wear long sleeves at night and stay out of the wooded area. I’m still nervous.
