Possible miscarriage

So I had my levels checked this last Monday which were HCG 41 and progesterone was 7.7. Then I had them check them again yesterday and HCG is 36 and progesterone is 9.8... no bleeding or spotting and still have some symptoms.. my doctor said it’s a impending early miscarriage. I’m 5 weeks and 4 days . She wants me to ride it out and see if get a period.. follow up with her if I don’t.. for some reason I’m uneasy about that until I spot or bleed I’m still pregnant. She wants me to cancel my appt for Monday ... what would you all do! Help!
