Did I miss my window?

Yesterday at 10:30am I took an ovulation test and it came out positive. I baby danced around 9:30pm and right after I took a ovulation test and it was negative. Did I miss my window?!?!

No. You ovulate 12-36 hours after first positive test, then egg is viable mostly just for a couple hours (people will say up to 24, but studies show that those end up in miscarraige, probably because egg already too degraded.) So ideally BEFORE or at first positive, but up to 12-24 hours later is still good.

Did you drink a lot of fluid? Your urine could just be diluted which can cause a false negative.
