Do you agree with crying it out sleep training technique?
I’m curious if others agree with the CIO sleep training technique. When I had my first I had read a study that using the Ferber method caused heightened stress levels in babies even months after their parents had allowed them to CIO. With my first we never used that method and did other sleep training methods but I’ve been researching it again now because I’m having a second baby and found another study that pokes holes in the study that suggested it was bad for babies. The link is below.

I’ve never cared if others used that method anyways, but now I’m questioning if it really doesn’t cause any harm then maybe I should just use it because who doesn’t want a baby who sleeps good!?!
What do other people think? Is it bad for babies or is it ok?
Also not sure if this has been discussed here before. I did try to search for it using key words but I couldn’t find anything since the words “cry” and “CIO” get talked about in so many groups on this app.
