My 5 mo daughter has had these little tiny bumps on her legs and arms and face for a few days now. Only a few on her face but her legs and arms have it pretty good.

I want to make an appointment but feel silly if I go and they tell me it’s just baby acne. She’s never had it like this before. It’s not red and doesn’t seem to bother her but what concerns me is we were just at the lake a week ago so I’m hoping it’s not a reaction from the water or sun screen (her ped cleared me to use sun screen)
