I have got spotting 8 days before my period is due it’s due next Saturday the spotting is really like like pinkish/brown

Could it be implantation bleeding or should I see a doctor bearing in mine I’ve felt sick and am at the toilet more than usual about every hour I’ve had sore lower belly and back
