Yesterday my wife and I got into an argument because I didn’t really give her enough time to get ready and she felt rushed bc my sister was in labor and I wanted to get there quickly.. well the argument escalated and we both were yelling at each other, we were in my car and I was driving slowly out of a parking lot to go home, and she kept saying no we aren’t leaving we’re gonna talk now, and I kept driving and she grabbed the steering wheel and turned it to turn around since I wasn’t turning around... i just started crying and screaming “stop” over and over, she stopped then she started crying bc she felt bad about what she just did.. it scared the hell out of me. I have never seen her like this before. She has never done anything like that. She has thrown things at the ground when she’s mad but that’s about it. I’m just now feeling so confused and conflicted on what to do.. any advice??
