Looking into getting these for my husband as well as me in hopes it benefits are chances. This will be our 15 month of trying before hubby does a SA. I have a 5 year from a previous relationship so as of right now we are focused on him. Anyways looking to see if it helped anyone increase husband's energy and boost his sperm quality. I have a regular cycle so if I take these will it mess that up?
