I am pregnant and was thought to be about 7-9 weeks along. Last night and today I’ve had red spotting and had an ultrasound. The baby looks to be about 5 weeks though. I’m super nervous and my gyno thinks it’s an early loss.

I looked at the calendar and I implant bled 5 weeks ago. Could it be possible that due to that, I am only 5 weeks along and just spotting because it’s early on? Dr did bloodwork, which was an HCG of 81, also consistent with 5 weeks along. Ahh nervous, please leave your thoughts and experiences!!
