Not pregnant:No period

I had the nexplanon implant from February 2016 until January 2019. I had extra bleeding but nothing I couldn’t handle. After getting it removed I was on the pill for a month to try and regulate my period.

Let me be honest I am awful at taking the pill. But I still had the period at the end of the pack and no longer took it. I was planning on trying to get pregnant.

March went by. No period. April, May, June, July, August, and now September still NO period. I have not bled since February. I have had mild cramps untracked but there’s no pattern and happens weekly.

I have taken urine pregnancy tests along with a blood test all come back negative. When I take ovulation tests they are never higher than .28 and that only occurred once usually they are constant .12 to .18.

I have a doctors appointment scheduled for October 7th but just looking for people with similar stories to know what they are going through.

A little background I am overweight, I started my period at 13 and it was never regular which is why I’ve waited so long to be absolutely worried, and I have hypothyroidism.
