Anyone have Irritable Bowel Syndrome?

I have been having burning pain in the right lower abdomen and lower back. I had an ultrasound to rule out appendix. A small ovarian cyst was found but my doctor said that would not be causing the pain. Since I struggle with constipation, my doctor thinks the issue may be IBS. I’m just wondering if anyone with IBS experiences these symptoms? What do you do for relief??

My ibs did not manifest with burning pain. I never got backpain too. What i felt was bloating cobstipation and heaviness. Eventually contractions that were similar to period cramps but at times they became much worse. What helped me the most was the change of diet. I started eating a lot more fruits and vegetabled and to drink more water. The gut needs movement and fiber to function. I will also reccomend probiotics and prebiotics. Keep in mind that it takes time for the gut to recover its flora if you did not eat sime type of food for long time. I rarely get now the same pain and contraction. I.mostly get some bloating especually when i am on my luteal phase and i am getting my iron suppliments. Progesteron has this effect and iron suppliments can irritate the gut too. It takes time to heal your gut but it is very possible to minimize the symptoms.

I have IBS, but I don’t get a burning pain. Most of the time I start getting horrible cramping, stomach making weird sounds, and need a bathroom ASAP. 
The only thing my doctor told me to do was watch what I eat and start documenting what makes me have my problems. But for me it doesn’t matter if I eat yogurt or a salad or even a greasy cheeseburger; I get “sick”.
